Check out our showcase Cafe and Roastery built in a classic 1920's auto row building. Every Wednesday at 11 AM we hold free, public coffee cuppings. Part ritual, part mini class, each cupping is an elaborate and even fun process of tasting coffee lead by an educated member of our team.
